[Hidden-tech] 1987 Fisher Price record player

I took a 1987 Fisher Price record player

to the Music Store in Greenfield to see if they could get it working. 
The table turns and the needle, which is fine, crackles along the record 
at a slower-than-necessary speed. They said it is not fixable.

Do any of you want it before I throw it away?

I was hoping to play some of the kids books-on-vinyl records I had when 
I was a tyke for my 2yo. No go. Bummer.
