Thanks, Sam, Yes, Outlook is performing, and there was plenty of email in my inbox on on Web.com. The problem has been fixed, with a new password (the previous having been hacked). If not, the next step is to do a check of your email from outside: http://mailtester.com and your mailserver: https://mxtoolbox.com/diagnostic.aspx and then most probably you'll need to contact your email provider with the results.
