Thanks, Sam,

Yes, Outlook is performing, and there was plenty of email in my inbox on on
Web.com. The problem has been fixed, with a new password (the previous
having been hacked).

Hi Ed,

There are a lot of possibilities but if you're not getting any warnings and
Outlook appears to be functioning properly and you're not getting anything
at all, I would check your webmail if your provider offers that to see if
you're just not receiving email in your client that's actually on the
server. If not, the next step is to do a check of your email from outside:
http://mailtester.com
and your mailserver:
https://mxtoolbox.com/diagnostic.aspx
and then most probably you'll need to contact your email provider with the
results.

HTers,

An irritating problem has cropped-up with my business email account (the one
I am using now). I can send email, but not receive it. At least I think I
can send it; if this message comes through, please respond and CC to my
NYCAP address that's on the CC line.

What sort of glitch causes things like this? My domain is current, there's
just this anomaly with email. I hesitate to delete the account and set it
anew. It's an Outlook-based system.

Thanks for any insights,

Ed
