(1 FT Position in Northampton, MA and 1 PT or FT Position in Rockville, MD)

This is You

We’re looking for a motivated self-starter with excellent organizational skills. Your perfectionist eye for detail applies whether you’re coordinating schedules, crafting an email, or capturing meeting notes. In addition, you are:

  *   An effective communicator — both in person and on the telephone
  *   Comfortable working on time-sensitive projects
  *   Familiar with MAC operating systems and software — as well as Microsoft Word and Excel
  *   Committed to growing a business and view the administrative role as an integral piece to that process



Responsibilities

•      General office and administrative tasks (answering the phone, opening the mail, purchasing supplies)

•      Managing filing and document organization

•      Providing excel document support

•      Maintaining office calendar

•      Assisting with staff meetings, remote conference calls, and scheduling

•      Interfacing professionally with high-level clients

•      Managing staff IT requests independently or with IT vendor



Required Qualifications



  *   You hold at least a Bachelor’s degree.
  *   You have at least 2 years of professional experience.
  *   You have experience in office administration in a busy environment.











Preferred Qualifications



  *   You have at least 5 years of professional experience.
  *   You hold a Bachelor’s in business or a related field.
