Pet peeve of mine but it is HIPAA not HIPPA

We do a lot of medical PHI communications with our clients.  We use Zix to secure email and imprivata cortext for instant messaging / paging

How large is the client? If they are of a significant size, we can provide their very own email server (Exchange or Postfix) in an extremely well-respected non-public HIPAA-compliant cloud/hybrid datacenter.
