[Hidden-tech] circadian rhythm friendly night computer use

I've been using the free "f.lux" on my Mac at night. Takes the blue light
out that messes with sleep because it's daylight temp. Has a circadian
rhythm friendly movie mode, and darkroom mode. Lots of geeky data and no BS
interface or up selling.
