Hi, Annamarie I've been using Ooma for my home phone service for about 1.5 years, but using a wired connection. I know that Ooma offers a WiFi/Bluetooth adapter. After the cost of the hardware, the monthly charge is less than $5 for unlimited national calling. The Ooma website also shows international calling plans for as little as $4.99/month, but that plan includes only French landlines. The plan that includes mobile phones in France is $22.99/month. I hope that helps.
