[Hidden-tech] Lost Local Web Consultant?

Hi. First post.

My company always tries to use local services for our development. we hire
hardware and software consultants often. For the past few years we have
used Newebart.com, located in Worthington, for our websites, such as below.

But now this service has vanished. Three weeks of frequent emails,
telephone calls with messages, and texts go out, but nothing comes back.
What is a customer such as Homestead to do?
