This recently occurred to another business I am familiar with. Although it was an unfounded negative review Google's response was simple... Solicit more reviews and push it down the list. As they are not willing to delete them. The business owner called on myself and a few others clients to leave a review as he knows this is a way to grow his business and provided the link to the review page for his Google location. And within a day or two the negative reviews were pushed so far down that they were no longer popping up. He also took the initiative to respond to the review with a statement addressing the issue cited by the "client". And stated in the reply that although he did not recognize the name of the client, what the business position is regarding those types of scenarios. Hope this helps. I’m not a client but I’ve known Ken for 20 years and he’s actually an exceptional therapist. If you search for me there are two *supposed* ratings in the Google page. I don't recognize either name, and, each give me 1 star, out of 5. Do you know how to remove, counter or protest such things? Ken Kenneth H.
