[Hidden-tech] Rideshare service with traction in this area?

This has come up before, but worth seeing if there are new developments.
Are there any of the rideshare services in the market that has traction for
commuting to/from Boston? (NOT Uber, but co-commuting)
Has anybody on this list ever used a rideshare service to get a lift or
give a lift to Boston? What service/platform/community? How did it work out?
