Google Fi is currently one of the best 3rd party carriers.  Verizon and ATT
dont make their roaming networks cheap, but since google connects on 3
other networks...it has pretty amazing coverage.

If t-mobile is good enough in your area, Republic Wireless is one of the
best and cheapest companies as well. Supports a number of really good phones
