[Hidden-tech] JOB app development for local business

Since this is not that different a requirement from many other 
employment time-tracked systems AND since custom development is usually 
a very complex process - I would strongly suggest checking for available 
systems, even if exactly not what you describe.

We used Harvest - see https://www.getharvest.com/

Even if it doesn't do exactly what you want, you might be able to use 
the service and just create a customized ap, there by reducing the cost.
