I would recommend the product more of my clients are content with:
Emsisoft AntiVirus/AntiMalware
I can state I've used it to clean up PCs that Norton/McAfee/TrendMicro 
products have just plain failed to cleanse.
And its performance of BotH these tasks [AntiVirus/AntiMalware] that are 
typically dealt with separately, has made it a winner around here.
