[Hidden-tech] Bypassing Windows 10 login

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone here has good advice... To wit:

I have an elderly client who can't remember (didn't realize he was 
setting) his Windows 10 login password. Since that computer is the only 
machine on which he has email, and he can't remember that password, and 
he's moved so the old telephone numbers are gone - MS won't/can't let us 
reset it. : (

There MUST be a way to get into the computer!  I've found this:

And will try, but thought to ask this group if anyone knows a different 
or better way.
