[Hidden-tech] List messages show up empty/blank on iphone

The HT list seems to send messages in a way that is viewed as attachments
rather than having a body.  Same thing happens on desktop Outlook.  I just
read less HT messages than I would if I didn't need to click on the
attachments.

Below are headers of what HT list sends; it looks like an empty text/plain
at the top of messages followed by multipart that includes the body of the
message results in an empty body display on Outlook.
