[Hidden-tech] external HD repair

Dede,

We actually stock external enclosures here in the shop. If you want to
swing by with the drive we can pull it out of the box and put it in a new
enclosure for you.

My only worry is that depending on the model, some of the Western Digital
externals use hardware based encryption so that the drives dont work
outside of the box they were made with (which is why we have stopped ever
recommending most WD or Seagate, etc externals).
