For the record, I agree with Doug. If we are talking about the 1st gen moto
g, I would point out that the current years moto g (much improved) is only
$179-199 new.

If you want a good international phone and phone plan check out the Nexus
5x on Google Fi.  The Nexus 5x is discounted for that plan, and the plan
had unlimited calling and texting ($20/m) in 120 countries, with $10/gb
data in as many countries.
