[Hidden-tech] prices of domains

Do you all have a preferred way of weighing/looking up the value of a domain? My daughter owns one and someone reached out to her. Found her through WHOIS and wants to buy it. They said "My niece started a club with her friends and we're looking to host her website at that domain name.” LOL in my mind Im thinking, yeah, they are trying to make it seem like they want it for a lightweight concern….I appreciate that they want to get it as cheap as possible, but of course we want to make as much as possible. It is a domain that is just parked that my daughter would be willing to part with, for the right price. So we need help determining what a “good” price would be
