[Hidden-tech] JOB: Senior Designer @ Interactive Agency

Hi - our agency (Horizon Marketing Group | www.HMGcompany.com) is looking
for a Senior Designer to grow with our team.  The HMG Team consists of
strategists, designers and developers with a real passion for what they
do.  Our team is small but nimble, giving us the opportunity to play, learn
and grow in all areas of the digital world.



This person will primarily work on business I’m driving: MassMutual,
Citigroup, TIAA-CREF, MetLife, and a few other stragglers like Diageo.
Really looking for a strong B2B slant w/financial services experience (but
not a must… the below is more important).



*Requirements*

•                  You MUST love what you do.

•                  Ability to translate complex ideas and processes into
elegant, useful and intuitive designs

•                  Complete understanding of RWD and how your designs will
be adapted for specific devices.

•                  Ability to present (and sell) your creative vission that
often is extremely user / customer experience driven

•                  Strong focus on usability and interactive design

•                  Great communication skills (written and verbal)

•                  Strong understanding on the underlying technology that
powers digital design

•                  Ability to accept feedback and come up with creative
solutions around that feedback.

•                  Expert level Photoshop and Illustrator skills

•                  Basic HTML / CSS  understanding including grid systems

•                  Willingness and passion to learn new things

•                  Capable of working concurrently on multiple projects

*A bonus if you have....*

•                  Intermediate to Advanced Knowledge of front-end web
programming HTML/CSS/JS

•                  Past experience designing for SharePoint

•                  Illustration in both electronic and traditional media is
an asset.

•                  Motion graphics experience for the Web and video is an
asset.
