Hi Lynne! I own two copyrights to books that are printed/managed by CreateSpace. It's owned by Amazon and is FREE and makes it real easy to list on Amazon. Also they'll do the conversion to Kindle. My dad's book I had on something else - but I was horrified by how much the actual final book cost so I moved it once my own book posted there easily. Hope that's helpful.
