[Hidden-tech] Gun Web Shop

Thank you for creating even a small forum for discussion about this.  It seems that the major issue is positively identifying the purchaser, so if they have to pick up the gun in person and are deemed responsible enough to own it, then they can be held responsible for how it is used.  I would feel comfortable if that were the process everywhere.
