I've been using The Hartford (through metlife business insurance) for several years and have a nice errors and omissions policy for my consulting business. Its not too expensive as far as I've found. I haven't had to use it yet, but it covers my database development and security policy development that I've been doing for years as well as my normal IT duties I've been handling for a few companies in the Valley.
