Windows 10 has a hidden video capture according to this...

There are inexpensive programs you can download, too.

I don't know if the link between Google Hangouts, with which can share your
screen, and Youtube would let you then download the stream you recorded.
You could use this (or the other pay-for programs) if you don't have
Windows 10.
