Someday "Real Soon Now"(tm) Comcast will get like $5Million from MBI to build out the "partial cable" towns (Conway is one of the "partial cable" towns) to 96% coverage. Presumably you are *not* amoungst the 4% the build out won't get to. Otherwise, you have no other options -- you have already listed all of the options available, except paying $500/month for a 1.5Mbit T1 line (assumes there is decent copper available).
