Tom,
just to be clear - it is highly unlikely you really want a 'listserv' - since that is a 
specific software that is very outdated as trademarked term, the original ran on 
mainframes - although that company does make a new version:
http://www.lsoft.com/products/listserv.asp

What you want is a emailing list manager, and there are many such options depending on 
what you are trying to accomplish,

as someone who has been running such lists a few decades (hum, really when I think about it)
