[Hidden-tech] airport card

This is not an uncommon failure.

But sometimes it's software related (and a system reinstall is needed to fix it) and sometimes a PRAM reset is all that's needed (hold down COMMAND OPTION P R keys during restart until computer chimes 3 times).

If the PRAM reset doesn't work, I would try the system reinstall.

If that doesn't work, then the easiest / cheapest fix is to go with a third-party wifi adapter that is Mac compatible.... such as...
