We are seeking a dynamic individual to oversee program improvement for Springfield School Volunteers, a non-profit organization that operates within the Springfield Public Schools.  Duties will include developing and implementing a monitoring/continuous program improvement system, overseeing the development of a database to track volunteer and participant data, analyzing data and developing and implementing standardized internal processes and procedures. The ideal candidate will be proficient in the use of Microsoft applications, have strong analytical and project management skills, and demonstrate excellent written and oral ability.  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Competitive salary and benefits.
