My firm has done and is doing a lot with woocomerce now, but we eschew web dev these days except for a few legacy clients, and I highly recommend Terran Birrel, http://terran.birrell.us . I know he’s quite full with work now, as are most people good at what they do, but he’s on this list and may reply to you.
