[Hidden-tech] Boiler Plate Contract

Hello,
Does anyone have a boiler plate services & billing contract that you can
share? Or, one you can scrub of information that you don't want to include?
Until now, all of my clients have had their own contract, so I haven't had
to develop one. Might as well not start from scratch. :)
