If you have experience with designing and implementing a large-scale, enterprise-level network of multiple (1,000?) Joomla-based sites connecting to SQLserver, or similar experience, please contact me. Include a description of your related experience and qualifications. This would be for a consulting project, i.e., reviewing plans, network design, load balancing, comments/suggestions, etc. in a university environment.
