Funny you should ask:
I loved Ooma. Super cost effective, hooks right into Ethernet port, can KEEP existing phone number and port it (of super benefit to my clients). 
Now have a co-working space - no need for Ooma - and I've listed it for sale. Half price, all packaging, mint condition. Call if you're interested.
