My daughter-in-law is starting to publish ebooks and currently distributiing them through i-tunes which is working pretty well However, many of her clients are using PC platforms and are finding the ebooks difficult to access through i-tunes She is starting to explore distribution via downloadable pdf files from their website. Is there a way to secure the pdf files to prevent pirating the files with unauthorized copying and distribution and subsequent lost profits/royalties? Have looked at the Amazon digital publishing route and that looks like it might be a reasonable pathway to take for control. Are there any other ways?
