[Hidden-tech] Dropbox Question - restoring

Yet another example of why it's important to have backups (and preferably
multiple backups, of different types).

Thanks all for the input. This feature you mention below isn¹t available,
and neither is the restore through the Events page. And now, even Dropbox
won¹t restore them for me because it was over 30 days ago.  I use the Pro
version but did not have the ³extended² version which allows them to fix
files over the 30-day limit, and can¹t add that feature now because it¹s not
retroactive.
I can see the files, so close, yet so far away.  My last hope is that the
culprit will have saved his ³trash² and can restore.
Thank you again for the help, it¹s appreciated!!

>From within the web view of your Dropbox, right-click on the page and select
"Show deleted files". You should be able to see those deleted files. Right
click on the affected files/folders and choose "Restore..."

If the files were deleted recently enough, it should provide details about
the files it can restore.
