[Hidden-tech] Help with online forms

I'll add another vote for PHP.

1. Low cost hosting is available everywhere.
2. There are lots of developers who know how to work with it.
3. There are lots of scripts, documentation, and forums for reference.

Because it's so old, I'd be cautious as to which scripts you choose. 
There are plenty of "classic" scripts that were published before the 
modern era of spam bots and hackers and pay little attention to 
security. That said, it's easy to gain a working knowledge of the 
language and make sure those checks are present.
