[Hidden-tech] Crazy GMail problem--can anyone help?

Good eveing shel,

Are you using gmail in a web browser or web based email client?
Have you tried to create an IMAP client and use Outlook or Thunderbird application on your local computer?

You say you cleared out 50k of messages, is there a Recycle Bin that you also have to remove those messages from (sometimes when you delete them, they aren't really gone yet)

How did you get so many emails? Are you sure some system isn't trying to continue to send you emails? So your inbox doesn't get a chance to be empty..

Can you send an email from within gmail?
