[Hidden-tech] Comments about Survey tools

I’ve been using Google Forms.  There are some limitations, but cool thing about them is they are scriptable and programmable (with limitations).  I have a filemaker app that generates forms, which I then, through a by-hand step, put into a google script to generate the form.
