Sure does, but a bit expensive for what you get. Bluetooth is accomplished in one chip now. Add support "grass" (what the resistors and capacitors are called) costs from sub one cent to 2 1/2 cents per part, etc., so the circuit is very low cost. The plastic case & instructions are the expensive part. So look around. Possibly because of low volume sales this is an acceptable price. I would have expected a C-note less.
