Level up your skills on Friday, be amazed by this industry on Saturday, and
learn how anyone can contribute back to it on Sunday!

FRIDAY
This day includes training sessions on Design, Drupal, Joomla! and
WordPress, as well as fundamentals in HTML and CSS up to Python/Django for
experienced web developers. Learn Node.js in a 3 hour Nodeschool session or
firm up your understanding of how DNS works. Be sure to check out the Job
Fair and explore what careers exist in this industry. Friday ends with a
keynote by Susan Buck, co-founder of the Women's Coding Collective.

If you are a beginner wanting nail down some basics or are an experienced
programmer wanting to branch out, Friday is not to be missed! Check out the
fullFriday schedule to see this and more!

SATURDAY
Saturday starts off strong with a keynote from Ashe Dryden and continues
with presentations on Drupal, WordPress, UX, Content Strategy, Performance
and more!

Holding true to being a summit, we've gathered industry experts together to
discussDiversifying IT, the Business of the Web, and Large Scale Web
Infrastructure. Don't miss these discussions and come with your questions!

The highlight of the day may, in fact, be the Youth track, covering intros
to the web, programming, MIT's Scratch for Kids and Educators, and Lego WeDO.

End the night with Summit conclusions, Q&A, and an evening mixer with
NERDSummit organizers, followed by optional local night life activities.

SUNDAY
This is the day where everything comes together. All skill levels come
together to collaborate on software projects. See what you've learned over
the weekend in action! Start with a keynote from Damien McKenna on
contributing to open source projects, continue on to get started
contributing to Drupal core or check out the Hack for Change or MakerSpace
projects available. Enjoy the last session of the weekend on "Shaping Your
Free Software Project... and the World" or continue working on your project
until we come together one more time to conclude the 2014 NERDSummit.

The NERDSummit, this September 12-14 at UMASS/Amherst, is this weekend!

SEE YOU SOON!!
