Verzion tech support is unreliable, if not completely worthless, and the Westell has minimal capabilities as a router. You need to keep the Westell as a Verizon DSL gateway, but you can get a far better router for less than $30 these days. You have to switch the Westell to bridge mode to use it with another router.
