Generally when this happens *someone's* spam filter has a problem OR someone ended up on a blacklist (eg spamcop). Knowing the *exact* reason can usually be used to track down the problem. There might be other issues, such as you mail server enforcing something like a maximum mesage size or encountering a problem with an attachment (one that *looks like* malware). > > > > Thanks, > Ed > > > > <<.. > > When trying to deliver your message, the mail server at host= > <http://smfs.crocker.com/> smfs.crocker.com,from= > <http://crocker.com/> crocker.com encountered problems with the > following addresses: > > For < <mailto:Ed at berkshiresjazz.org> Ed at berkshiresjazz.org>, Site ( > <http://berkshiresjazz.org/72.34.51.204> > berkshiresjazz.org/72.34.51.204) > said: > 550 in an RBL, see 550-JunkMail rejected - > <http://smfs.crocker.com/> smfs.crocker.com ( <http://crocker.com/> > crocker.com) > [161.77.48.8]:41587 is > > > > > > > MIME-Version: 1.0 > > _______________________________________________ > Hidden-discuss mailing list - home page: http://www.hidden-tech.net > Hidden-discuss at lists.hidden-tech.net > > You are receiving this because you are on the Hidden-Tech Discussion list. > If you would like to change your list preferences, Go to the Members > page on the Hidden Tech Web site. > http://www.hidden-tech.net/members > > -- Robert Heller -- 978-544-6933 / heller at deepsoft.com Deepwoods Software -- http://www.deepsoft.com/ () ascii ribbon campaign -- against html e-mail /\ www.asciiribbon.org -- against proprietary attachments
