What is the *exact* error message? Generally when this happens *someone's*
spam filter has a problem OR someone ended up on a blacklist (eg spamcop).
Knowing the *exact* reason can usually be used to track down the problem.
There might be other issues, such as you mail server enforcing something
like a maximum mesage size or encountering a problem with an attachment (one
that *looks like* malware).
