Hi all,

Wondering what resources people use to research fair salary ranges and hourly rates for new positions they are hiring for.

I'm in the process of writing up a job description for a publishing production assistant (part-time to begin) I'd like to hire.

Wondering how to establish what are fair hourly rates in the area for these types of positions.
