[Hidden-tech] Product labeling standards for PVC product?

Does any of you know somebody with experience in product labeling? This is
for a toy product manufactured in China for sale in the US. What labels can
or should be on the product? Specifically, how does one find out if
recycling symbol apply? Where can professional help be found?
