I like Cheapdomain123.com myself. Domains are 14 dollars a year and services I need such as forwarding are free. I have about 20 domains through them and I've been very happy the last 5 or more years I've used them. They even do free privacy filters on your information. I would not recommend register.com since they nail you for 35 bucks per domain and then get money for every little thing you want to do.
