As a non-geek I will be of limited help here, but I will just note that at the advice of people smarter than myself I recently migrated my online store from Volusion (which I loathed) to BigCommerce, which so far I am liking better. Not sure about the FB or social integration specific to your needs, but they seem pretty on top of it. Good luck!
