[Hidden-tech] transfer from Windows Vista to MAC

I have a young friend who's switching from a Windows Vista laptop to a
Macbook Pro.  She wants to bring all her files over to the new machine, and
for some reason the apple store couldn't do this for her, though they tried.
So she's looking for someone who can help her. She understands she may need
to pay for this. I'm sure that some of you will be able to help her. If so,
