Hi Claire, I *was* a long term crocker user but chose to go elsewhere after a disagreement. I think they are good people but one thing that you have to remember is that they don't offer cable speeds through their DSL connection. DSL is up to 10 times slower than cable. So dropping comcast and going to crocker DSL you'll go potentially from 2mb a sec down to 700k a sec max for downloads and even worse for upload comparisons. Crocker appears to offer fiber too, but I don't know a thing about it in terms of pricing or speeds. I use verizon now and have been satisfied. Ask verizon for a package deal if you still have a land line and they will give you a heck of a deal. I saved a lot of money every month going this option. After the 2 years is up on the deal just ask for another deal and they'll give you the same thing for the same price (at least they did for me). Good luck!
