[Hidden-tech] help with data/contact managment

I really like Chaos Software's product.  I use the Intellect! version
because it gives me discoverable email (and I like the emailing options
better than gmail) but you can do it without email, too.

I use it on my server, have a copy on my laptop, and have the hosted
version, too, so I can synch between my home and office.  There are apps
that work on my smartphone and I prefer the calendar over GCal by quite a
lot, but at times I do need to synch to GCal and there's a utility for
that, too.
