[Hidden-tech] Looking for advice RE smart-phone app development and twitter API

Hello all,

I'm having some conversations with a friend in a non-profit who has an idea for a smart phone app that plugs into a twitter feed API.  The app is to help parents, teachers, and students respond to bullying.  I don't have expertise in phone-Apps or Twitter APIs and am looking for pointers to folks in the Valley who might combine these expertise areas.  Filemaker GO may be one solution (as I work in FM but not FM-Go) so also looking for expertise in that area.  Right now its all what-if and feasibility musings, but there may be funding available down the road.
