[Hidden-tech] Electricity rates

All suppliers in New England are going to be hit by the fuel spike sooner
or later. We just simply don't have enough generation in the Winter when
gas is reserved for heating before electricity, and 50% of our fuel mix is
gas. If you get a better rate, take note of when the rate is guaranteed
until, and put it on your calendar to shop again before it's up.
