You wont want voice over Wild Blue unless you are willing to talk, wait, listen, wait, talk. Very stilted, fairly expensive, long term contract. If there is a tower in a reasonably clear direction, then an antenna, booster and cell phone should do the trick. For Shutesbury there are towers in New Salem, Pelham, and Amherst. I live on a hill in Shutesbury and sometimes get 2 bars and 4G LTE in my bedroom. Maybe your hill is not so well situated.
