For better email deliverability, check out http://turbo-smtp.com/ and http://elasticemail.com/

Of course, change passwords to make sure the spammer pretending to be you isn't actually sending through an account on your server.

I've had good luck with SpamAssassin in cPanel to stop incoming junk and not needed anything stronger.
